SHELF LIFE

Caramel Chocolate Pretzels will keep for up to three weeks when stored in an airtight container. Layer the pretzels with parchment paper in between.

YOU WILL NEED

• 1 pound (455 g) caramel, homemade (page 103) or store-bought

• 50 pretzel rods

• 1 pound (455 g) milk or semisweet chocolate
